1: The Hall element circuit has malfunctioned. In general, this situation is when the emergency stop is pressed, and there are usually more than one emergency stop or the emergency stop line is disconnected for a machine tool.
2: Magnetic steel collides with Hall element. This phenomenon usually occurs when a certain axis is pressed onto the hard limit. Some machine tools string the hard limit of each axis into an emergency stop chain, or it may be due to foreign objects getting stuck in the X-axis screw. Disassemble the X-axis and clean it up inside.
3: Hall element short circuit. If there are other alarms, please focus on checking the other alarm, which is likely to be the emergency stop alarm caused by another alarm.
4: The knife holder motor has three-phase reverse phase or missing phase. An emergency stop alarm occurs when changing the tool on the CNC lathe. Check the motor circuit for any broken parts or program errors when arranging or rotating the tool. An emergency stop during operation is likely due to a misoperation of the limit switch. Please check if the travel switch of the moving axis is pressed by something. Of course, it is also possible that the emergency stop circuit wire is broken.
5: The Hall element is misaligned with the magnet. Is there a voltage input to the electromagnetic actuator coil controlled by the emergency stop switch, and can the electromagnetic actuator work normally? Some manufacturers' three-axis limit switches only have an emergency stop alarm when the overtravel switch is pressed. If it is an overtravel alarm, it may be due to a malfunction of the limit switch. Check and install a new limit switch.
